Delivery zones

Orders are delivered in France and Europe .
For international shipments, a prior request must be made by email to: contact@beyran.fr Anything is possible!

Processing times

Each order is carefully prepared within a maximum of 5 working days after payment confirmation.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent to the customer.

Delivery methods and times

• Tracked letter (home delivery): 2 to 4 business days
  (Free delivery without insurance)
  

• Colissimo (home delivery): 2 to 4 business days
  (Delivery with insurance of €3.50 corresponding to a contribution to shipping costs)

• Collection point: 3 to 5 business days

• Colissimo Europe (outside France, home delivery): 5 business days

The delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the periods of activity (holidays, promotions, etc.).

Prices

Delivery charges are displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery is free depending on the type of delivery selected.
For paid deliveries, the indicated fees are a contribution to the actual shipping costs.

For any request for transparency, it is possible to obtain the details of the fees paid by writing to contact@beyran.fr .

Tracking and receipt

The customer is responsible for the proper receipt of the package.
In case of an incorrect address, unclaimed or returned package, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Delay, loss or theft

Beyran workshop cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or thefts occurring after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

• In the case of free delivery without insurance (Tracked Letter) , no compensation can be claimed in the event of loss or theft, as the responsibility lies with the carrier.

• By choosing secure delivery (Colissimo) , the order is insured and an official claim can be opened with the carrier to obtain a refund.

Any anomaly observed (delay, loss, theft) must be reported to contact@beyran.fr so that a check can be carried out with the postal service concerned.
