General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Beyran / Beyran Workshop

Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between:
The saleswoman Tatiana Ugolini, micro-entrepreneur, operating under the name Beyran (StudioTiana), SIREN 950 866 186, residing in Gentilly, France. And any consumer wishing to make a purchase via the website www.beyran.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").
Products
The products sold are handcrafted jewelry . Each item is described as precisely as possible (materials, dimensions, colors, etc.). The photographs are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items.
Availability
Products are offered while supplies last and as long as they are visible on the website. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and refunded within 14 days.
Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT not applicable according to article 293 B of the CGI (micro-enterprise).
Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
Order
All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer must provide accurate information when placing the order. The seller cannot be held responsible for any errors in the contact details provided.
An order confirmation email is sent automatically.
Payment
Payments are secure and can be made via:
- Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express...)
- PayPal
- Google Pay
The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
Delivery
Order preparation: maximum 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery methods and times offered:
- Colissimo: 3 to 5 business days
- Mondial Relay / Relais Colis: 3 to 5 business days
The customer will receive a tracking number after shipment.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a A period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason.
Exceptions:
- Personalized or made-to-order jewelry is neither refundable nor exchangeable (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
- Worn or returned damaged jewelry will not be refunded.
The customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw by email ( contact@beyran.fr ), then return the product at their own expense, in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and verifying the return.
Defective or damaged products
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must send photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt.
In case of breakage within 15 days of receipt , a personalized solution is offered: repair, exchange or refund (upon return of the product).
The seller can still be contacted for any complaints at: contact@beyran.fr .
Responsibility
The seller cannot be held responsible in case of misuse or natural wear and tear of the products, nor in case of force majeure.
It is recommended to avoid any contact of the jewelry with water, perfumes, or chemicals.
Personal data
The personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Disputes and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. The Client may use the consumer mediation service or, if mediation fails, take legal action in the competent courts.
