Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties.

Exceptions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following items are not subject to a right of withdrawal :

• Jewelry made to order, personalized or crafted according to the client's specifications;

• Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or returned incomplete or without its original packaging.

Return procedures

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to: contact@beyran.fr , specifying:

• The order number

• The article(s) in question

• The pattern (optional)

The item(s) must be returned at the customer's expense, in their original condition, unworn and in their complete packaging, to the address that will be indicated by email.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the cancellation request.

Refund

The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.
The initial delivery charges are only refunded if the entire order is returned.

Damaged product or order error

If a product is received damaged or not as ordered, the customer must inform the seller within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photo(s).
A solution will be offered depending on the case: repair, exchange or refund.
